Want to try something new? Never ridden before? On holiday? Finlake Riding Centre can provide something suitable for everyone. Enjoy an hours gentle hack around our woodland trails riding well behaved horses and ponies.

​

 

Experienced riders can enjoy our longer and more exhilarating rides on some of our competition horses too.

 

 

Younger children and nervous adults may prefer our half hour stroll where our experienced staff will be able to lead anyone requiring assistance.

 

 

We also do a ten minute ride suitable for children 2-4 yrs.

 

Disabled clients are especially welcome for quiet rides with very careful supervision by prior arrangement. We must be informed of any disability, medical conditions, special needs and learning difficulties at the time of booking.

Large Hen or Stag parties and group bookings are also welcome.

All clients are required to mount using our mounting block.

 

*Please note, height, weights and deposits are required on booking. Riding is a risk sport. Please be honest with your riding ability. You ride entirely at your own risk.

*Cancellation Policy - No refunds are given unless a full 48 hours notice is given.

This video shows you what to expect on 1hr hack(trek) with Finlake Riding Centre. Please note all rides are at a walking pace unless you have specifically booked a faster ride discussing the riders previous experience/capabilities. Age and weight restrictions apply, we have a variety of different horses for adults and children. Please phone for more details and to book in. Riding holds potential dangers and animals are unpredictable at times so you ride at your own risk.
